Changes to Late Entries

Changes to entries as of 1 January 2025

Due to the high volume of late entries received in the first part of the VAL season, we need to structure the process differently.

As of the 1st of January we can no longer accept late entries to meetings. Athletes will however be given an extra day to enter events at an increased entry fee.

The process is as follows:

Entries will close on Sunday midnight, a fortnight before the event.

If you miss this closing date, you will still be able to enter on the Monday but will incur a late entry fee (double the original entry fee).

Late entries will close Monday midnight and will not be accepted after this time.
