Late Entries Policy

The VAL advises that it no longer accept late entries to meetings.

Athletes will however be given an extra day to enter events at an increased entry fee.

The 2025/26 season race entry process is as follows:

→ Entries will close on 8pm Sunday, a fortnight before the event.

→ If you miss this closing date, you will still be able to enter on the Monday but will incur a late entry fee of $10 per event.

→Late entries will close at 8pm Monday and will not be accepted after this time under any circumstances.
